Surrogate Process

1. Initial Discussing

Our initial application process is designed to gather basic information about you, such as your current location, details regarding your previous pregnancies, and medical history. This step typically takes about 10 minutes phone call with our team.

Before starting the long application, we recommend reviewing our surrogate requirements. These requirements are in place to ensure that you are emotionally, medically, and physically suited for the surrogacy process. If your answers do not align with these requirements, you will be notified immediately. Please note that not meeting these requirements does not reflect on your health or ability to carry a pregnancy; it simply means that you may not meet our specific qualifications for surrogacy, including criteria for successful IVF.

2. Application

Once you finish the initial consultation, our Surrogate team will review it and may request additional information if needed. If you meet all requirements, your will be requested to submit a long application form, medical release form and identification. And our case manager will guide you through various tasks that will bring you closer to being accepted and matched with intended parents. Your medical history and records will be securely shared with the intended parents' clinic for review as part of your medical screening process.

3.Psychological reviewing and and the matching process

After completing all tasks, both you and our team agree that you are a strong candidate for surrogacy, you will proceed to the Surrogacy Consultation phase. This consultation will be conducted via video or phone call with a licensed mental health professional. During this meeting, you will discuss your motivations for becoming a surrogate, your support system, personal interests, and any remaining questions you may have.

Upon successful completion of the surrogate consultation and confirmation that you are a suitable candidate for surrogacy, you will officially be ready to be matched with intended parents.

If you have any questions or require further information about the application process, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team.
