Our compensation package is highly competitive:

  • First-time surrogate moms can receive up to $75,000.

  • Experienced surrogates may qualify for up to $120,000.

Surrogate Compensation

Joining us as a surrogate mother means you will be generously compensated for your dedication and hard work. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $120,000, influenced by factors such as your background, health, and the needs of the intended parents. Your invaluable contribution is highly valued, and we ensure you receive the support and rewards you deserve.

Surrogate Mother Requirements

  • I am between 20-38 years old

  • I have a BMI below 31 and no serious health issues

  • I am a non-smoker and non-drug user

  • I am willing to undergo a psychological test

  • I have one or more children of my own

  • I have NOT had more than 2 C-sections

  • I have NOT had more than 1 miscarriage

  • I have NOT had more than 2 abortions

  • I have NOT had more than 5 births

THE SURROGATE PROCESS

Our surrogacy program is committed to providing comprehensive care and steadfast support to our surrogates. We prioritize your well-being, ensuring you are fully informed and empowered throughout every stage of the surrogacy journey.

  • Complete the intake form and schedule a phone consultation with our team.

  • Meet us over Zoom to learn about the process.

  • Gather documents and complete screening.

  • Meet the intended parents.

  • Go to the fertility clinic and sign a contract.

  • Begin the IVF cycle.

  • Complete the embryo transfer.

  • Confirm the pregnancy.

  • Enjoy sharing the pregnancy with the grateful intended family.

  • Give birth and watch the parents fall in love with their new baby!

Here is a timeline of when you will receive payment

    • Transporation and meals for surrogatte and primary support person

    • Mileage related to surrogacy journey

    • Childcare or lost wage for surrograte

    • Contract signing bonus

    • Medication starting bonus

    • Mock cycle bonus (if required by doctors)

    • Transfer bonus

    • Transportation and meals

    • Monthly Stipend after legal contract signing

    • Base compensation payments begin each month for 10 months

    • Maternity clothing

    • Housekeeping

    • Monthly payment as noted above

    • Lost wage or childcare payment when you go to OB visit

    • Multiples children fee is paid to you over the last five months of your journey.

    • Your surrogate pregnancy is considered viable after 34 weeks for a singleton and 32 weeks for multiples. If you deliver before 40 weeks, you will be given a lump sum for the remaining balance.

    • Gift cards and small gifts through out the journey.

SURROGACY BENEFITS, MEDICAL COVERAGE, AND LIFE INSURANCE

As a surrogate, you will receive comprehensive non-monetary benefits designed to ensure your protection and support throughout your journey. These benefits include medical coverage, social work support, legal counsel, and life insurance, all of which are provided separately from your surrogate compensation. Your intended parents will cover your medical expenses and procure a life insurance policy for you. Additionally, you will receive surprise gifts upon reaching milestones, and access to a supportive private community of fellow surrogates through Blossom California.
